MFT SUPERVISION

MFT clinical supervision

HOME / MFT Supervision

Off-site supervision for MFT master's candidates and associates across North Carolina, from a supervisor who is genuinely in your corner.

As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate, I offer off-site clinical supervision for MFT master's candidates and Marriage and Family Therapist Associates across North Carolina who are looking for a supportive, collaborative mentor.

How supervision works with me

Our work together centers on a relational approach, the Self of the Therapist and Solution-Focused frameworks, to help your clinical skills flourish. Mentoring is truly at the core of what I do, and I strive to create a warm, accessible space where you can share complex cases, laugh through the learning process, and confidently shape your authentic voice as an MFT clinician working toward NC licensure.

Self of the Therapist

A good deal of what makes supervision useful is not case strategy — it's noticing where your own history is quietly steering the room. That work requires a supervisor you can be honest with, which is why I put more weight on the relationship than on the checklist.

Logistics

Supervision is available by telehealth across North Carolina and in person in Winston-Salem. Rates, hour requirements, and documentation are covered on the rates page.

This tends to fit when…

  • You're an MFT associate accruing hours toward NC licensure

  • You're a master's candidate needing off-site supervision

  • Your current supervision is compliant but not actually helping you grow

  • You want a supervisor who works from Self of the Therapist rather than case audit

  • You'd like someone in your corner while you find your own clinical voice

By telehealth anywhere in North Carolina.
